A few things to know
What can I personalize?
The name or nickname, occasion, form of address, theme, language and an optional phrase of up to 40 characters and 6 words. Adding your phrase shortens the script. Review the full message before paying. Videos are limited to 20 seconds.
Do I need to send a photo or age?
A first name or nickname is enough. Avoid sharing a surname, photo, address, age or other details about the child.
Can I download before the email arrives?
Yes. This page follows payment and production. As soon as the video is ready, a preview and download button appear here. Downloads remain available for 30 days after delivery.
How are the details used?
We use the name and chosen message to create your video, and email for payment and order updates. We share only what is needed for these purposes, including with services outside Brazil. Contact support to request information, corrections or deletion of your details.
